Sadie Leigh is a squishy-hearted sweetie and a sharp-witted spitfire who values creativity, community, and celebration. She’s also a firm believer in the inherent spirituality of a dedicated movement practice. She brings a purposeful playfulness into her yoga classes and private/small group sessions, encouraging her students to move through the poses gracefully and joyfully. In addition to intelligently designed and creative asana sequences, students can expect a combination of the following-- various pranayama and centering techniques, chanting and mantra, and reflection and meditation. Students are encouraged to participate with curiosity and an open heart, according to their own conditions.

  • Sadie is legit a ray of sunshine in human form. This lends to a space that is welcoming, empowering and powerful. Sadie's classes are accessible and meet people where they are - Sadie's genuine spirit guides you there. I have felt my energy shift after Sadie's classes and this is no coincidence. Such a privilege to join her classes.

  • Sadie is a wonderful teacher. She is kind, warm, and welcoming to practitioners of all levels. In yoga, Sadie clearly guides her students through the different steps and options of each pose in class, and always with lightness, fun, and without judgement. She has helped me understand what yoga truly means as a practice, both on the mat physically and also, more importantly, off the mat spiritually. I look forward to all the kinds of classes she offers around the city and would recommend her class to anyone.

  • Sadie is the most compassionate, thorough, patient and respectful yoga teacher I have EVER had. She flows so adeptly between and among engagement with body, mind, voice, breath and feeling in a way that is incredibly empowering for the student. Everyone could benefit from her dynamic wisdom!
